Disallowance (short film)

It's been at least 1 year since I wrote, direct, produced, and shot my own film. This time I come back now that I have more time to do more short films for youtube. I have been wanting to do a period piece for a long time and now I have finally gotten around into doing so. I have been doing constant research over a period of two months and getting some inspirations from the HBO series Boardwalk Empire. This short is basically an experiment of what I can do right and what I could do wrong because I'm planning on to do another take that takes place in the prohibition era sometime in the future to submit in the film festivals. I love shooting periodic pieces that deal with this type of genre and hope I can do more other period pieces like 40's, 50's and etc there is something about them that makes it so unique and different from modern films do. So overall I hope you enjoy this film as much as I had making it, thank you!
