For myself, I ...
For myself, I condition my hair after doing a co-wash because I use a thinner conditioner for washing and a thicker one for conditioning. Sometimes, if I use a "denser" one, I don't condition my hair because of time and/or the product I used. Whenever I wash my hair whether it is for co-washing or washing with shampoo, I deep condition by leaving a thicker conditioner on my hair with a plastic bag/cap for 15 minutes and sometimes heat. Some would say deep conditioning isn't necessary.

So after co washing ...
So after co washing, would you condition it after or is co washing all u need to do. Is it nescessary to deep condition once and a while after this process?

Hi, how you doing? ...
Hi, how you doing? Thank you for viewing my video(s). Unfortunately, I'm not good at "diagnosing" hair types, but you can type "hair types" in Google and you'll see a link to NaturallyCurly's site. They will have pictures and description on various hair types. Also it maybe helpful to look at YouTube videos with those that may have a similar hair type like yours. I hope this helps.

Hi! I think ...
Hi! I think absolutely non-African American hair types can do "co-washing"! Now, I'm not a cosmetologist, but you can try it out once on your hair to see what results you get from doing it. Let me know how it works out for you.

Hey! I just heard ...
Hey! I just heard about co-washing and I was looking it up on youtube to get more information. I was wondering if co-washing can be used for non-african american hair. I have that fine/straight south east asian hair, but I live in a cold climate, and my hair tends to get dry. Could I still use co-washing, or would that just make my hair greasy?

BargainClipper on 2010-06-28
A "co-wash" stands ...
A "co-wash" stands for "conditioner wash". So you would use the conditioner as you would shampoo. I hope this helps.
