What form of ...
What form of meditation are you talking about? How can you explain it or even experience it without the mind? What exactly do you mean by Enlightened?

As far as ...
As far as meditating to calm oneself or seeing your thoughts as they had already happened and assessing them, all of that would be explained in the future how those thoughts came about and why those thoughts played out the way they did so in a sense you'd be in constant meditation mode and you wouldn't even know it. I'm probably explaining it in a dumb way so I'mma stop haha xD.

You can´t explain ...
You can´t explain meditation through the mind, Jacque knows this very well, that´s why he tried to get this guy from his mind the whole time but he just didn´t get it... it´s called FANATISM... If he could LISTEN to what he´s trying to say instead of just wanting to hear what he think he has to say, he would now be enlightened... but hey, how can you see the light if you always lived in darkness ;)

Not sure if the ...
Not sure if the gentleman's original question of centers for meditation being implemented and accessible in future cities was answered. In this interview, Jaques reminds me of an uncle I had that would never give me a straight and related answer to a question. Im still wondering if that was by design or the brain wandering off tangents due to old age.

I feel that in a ...
I feel that in a balanced/sane society, when the ego is not a problem it would be irrelevant to do that. if we are unlimited, its more like progress/creation. I meditate when drumming; allone with the drum. pure attention, in the rhythm of life.
