I agree with you on ...
I agree with you on the low fat part increasing heart disease, but I'm not wholly convinced on the low cholesterol part. Science seems to be extremely confused about that (and thus, so am I). Can you shed any light?

And his lecture promotes low fat and low cholesterol diets which increases heart disease. The heart's main energy source is saturated fat. Look it up.
