Can you get an automated html transcript, edit it and then upload the correct transcript for time coding and replacement of the automated transcript? That would help...easier to edit than start from a blank page.

Only one other downside you have to fix: "Machine Transcription (Failed)" You can at least add a retry button, but having failed show up with no other way to retry is just annoying! >: (
