Not communism. It ...
Not communism. It should be democratic with rule of law in every area from the election of technology managers (will soon be irrelevant to gov't). Communism was the rule of elites who were the law. With check and balances and US Constitution we will have libertarian socialism. Everything will be like a coop. We are all equal board members- robot "slave" owners if you will. It will require some additional technology so why not reward them with beach front home or a trip to Mars.

In communism people ...
In communism people have to work and money exists too...

There once was plan like this... it was called "communism"

what i meant was ...
what i meant was with current technology. not without ;) technology is crucial to this plan success

szponiasty on 2012-04-29
ye, but it will ...
ye, but it will take probably max 10 years to archieve full potential, without current technology. maybe even less - if all the patents are freed and the free and shareable though is available. what is 10 years even in human life? it's like a blink of an eye, especially the older you are. don't you agree?

Hi, did you people ...
Hi, did you people looked at "Earth Exchange based Economy". It is a new concept of economy where all the people work free of cost and all the organizations are noprofit organizations. It does have a concept of money and it is not similar to Resoure based economy.

venus project...better for africa

I find that people ...
I find that people struggle or fail to realize that making the mission of the TZM and TVP a reality takes time. In a perfect world the plans make by these organizations can be an immediate reality with the support of people and their leaders. I support these organizations, but people must realize that this will take time. Rome wasn't built in a day. OK bad example, but you get the point. This is the largest project that will ever be made in human history. Like it or not.

Communism, ...
Communism, Capitalism, Fascism, Socialism = Monetary Based Economy = Bad Venus Project, Zeigeist Movement = Resource Based Economy = Good Try educating yourself a bit more

SingularityUtopia on 2012-03-11
Civilization ...
Civilization already, in essence, functions via a resource based economy but there is a scarcity of resources and this is at the heart of all conflict thus rather than a "resource based economy" (which misses the point) it is best to promote the idea of Post-Scarcity. We can't overcome scarcity merely via better management of scarce resources. You can make the world a better place but better management of scarcity is not Post-Scarcity.

First off, a ...
First off, a resourced based economy is designed to change society SLOWLY,it is not something that happens over night. Furthermore,EVERYONE needs to cooperate in their own way to make it succeed. When everyone comes together (as we should be) to use the Earth and he resources in the correct way, there will be no need for "stealing by force" everyone is equal, everyone puts the same out, everyone gets the same in return.

Do you happen to ' ...
Do you happen to 'have a plan' for how those first steps could be taken? How do you move 6 billion people away from mysticism into reality?

afonsop on 2011-08-10
Well that's the ...
Well that's the idea. No artificial boundaries and no governments and religion would just disappear by itself, it would no longer be relevant.

jasonlajoie on 2011-08-10
This would require ...
This would require there to no longer be countries or governments, or religions for that matter. As long as those things exist man has a nature to be tribal. Tribes share with other tribes but they also attack and steal from other tribes.

afonsop on 2011-08-10
You don't need ...
You don't need soldiers when there's nothing to protect, and nothing to attack. People won't steal because all the resources are shared. There's no need for such behaviors.

jasonlajoie on 2011-08-10
You don't think ...
You don't think soldiers would be used in a 'Resourced Based Economy'? You don't think people would want to steal others resources through use of force?

You are all working ...
You are all working to enslave yourselves !!!! Please watch this video on youtube its called "The Last Word on Utopia" .. /watch?v=3VfYPJX4KNY&feature=channel_video_title You all have no idea what you're doing, this has been done countless times through out history !!! Please watch the vid above and you will understand.

titovalasques on 2011-08-06
What has that to do ...
What has that to do with human nature? It may be in your nature to be greedy and want power but don't presume to speak for all of human kind especially when peer-reviewed research clearly shows otherwise. Besides if you want to continue hoarding stuff that's fine by me, however in order to have power you need to have control over certain people. What about those peoples freedoms? If I understand it correctly the idea behind a resource based economy is that EVERYONE is free.
