I stand by the ...
I stand by the belief that there is a difference between fighting and defending yourself. In this case I say that those of nonviolence be prepared to defend yourself from rabid or wild men. I find restraint and submission techniques to be most effective. Ex for Occupiers being attacked by Police, a group of violent officers being handcuffed by unarmed citizens and the police roit gear left in the street would make a hell of a photo op. Or how about an office of shakled executives?

"Would violence be necessary is the peaceful side was bigger than the violent side?" Depends on how aggressive, determined and well armed the violent side is. In the end, real power still comes from the barrel of a gun. "What if, as a minority, we moved to a land of our own and began the RBE, do you think the rest of the world would catch on to the idea once they saw it in action?" This might actually work, but we'd have to do it on the high seas (seasteading).

"Nonviolence is a weapon of the strong" - Gandhi "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants" - Thomas Jefferson Nonviolence is a weapon that only works against the weak. Gandhi's movement was only successful because the British Empire was already weakened by 2 world wars, and had lost its pride and will to fight. Tiananmen Square is what happens when you try this shit against a strong, determined opponent. Sometimes, violence IS necessary.

Although there could be a way, I just don't know what it is. But it seems to me that ZM is simply responding to those who are accusing them of being a violent movement or condoning violence. Those people should probably just be ignored. I'm not interesting in moralizing. Violence simply isn't going to work and that's all that needs to be said. It's not practical especially without the numbers. You'll easy be snuffed out and be thrown in with terrorists. And nothing will change.

I don't see the possibility, at least not now, of implementing passive resistance in a way that would bring about an RBE society. I don't even see a violent way of doing it. You're simply not going to have the numbers on your side. Sure you can educated people now, or try to. I guess that's an act of passive resistance. But I doubt you'll get a million or even half a million to stop paying taxes. Without the collapse of the current system, there's no way. All this is just talk.

No form of active or passive resistance will change any aspect of our lives. The paradigm that our Masters have chosen for us will prevail and our only chance for survival is to submit utterly and completely. Our Masters are wise and nearly omnipotent. Nothing and no one can change that fact. If you resist in any way you WILL be destroyed. It is not enough to obey Big Brother you must also learn to love Big Brother.
