Present day mountains were once seafloor beds millions of years ago. The evidence for that are the fossils of sand ripples found in mountains. Ripples can only occur if the sand is horizontal but the fossilized ripples on mountain tops are vertical. Hence the sand was fossilized millions of years ago on the sea floor, and since that time have risen, through tectonics, to become mountains.

Let me ask about selective breeding. Does it increase the amount of information in the gene? Would a chihuahua survive in the wild? Fossil record is consistent with the flood theory. Lots of fossils eg sea shells in mountains. Fossils in between rock layers. Fossils form quickly and prove a sudden burial. Why do you think human fossils are found at Vesuvius? The point is all the evidence observed points to a global flood and not millions of years.

a) I think you need to look up the definition of the word 'faith' b) Apart from the fact that we can actually observe evolution, and even induce it ourselves (through selective breeding of animals and plants)?
