I'm similar. I never used to like the word "spiritual," but there's no other way to describe how I feel about Buddhism. I don't accept Karma or reincarnation as truths, but I've found so much happiness in the 6 months I've been watching these videos and meditating..

if you look to Ajahn Brahms teachings, you will find he tells a story of when growing up in England that he never preached to his peers or tried to push Buddhism. He discusses that people will development resentment if anyone tries to tell them 'what the answer is'. Perhaps the best method is live by example? If your family and friends see how your life has become so much more positive perhaps they will investigate it for themselves? My family and friends sure did =)

i cant thank enough ...
i cant thank enough for what buddhism bring to my life and change my entire life...i feel very peaceful,but i also really want to help other people in my family,friends to feel the same and put down all unnesscessary pain in life and to be peaceful too,but i dont know how and find it hard to do it coz most of them just so attch to the current of life so that they dont even listen to me and let me share it with them :(

Couldn't agree more on that. If people hate Buddhism, let them hate Buddhism. We don't really mind; it is their personal choice of life. Love it or hate it, Buddhism is here and will be another choice for human beings to follow, although not to everyone. Bless those who hate Buddhism. :0)
