Okay.. if you don't wanna watch this piece of crap i can tell u what he said.. 2 firms, same industry, 1 successful, 1 not successful.. why is this? Well the firm which is successfu,l basically just know more about how to out to get the most out of their resources and know how the market works. what a rediculous answer.. it's like saying 2 kids, same kindergarten, both drawing a painting, 1 is pretty and 1 is ugly why is there a difference? and the answer would be more or less the same.
