The government has approved a plan that would give 100000 shekel grants to young couples who buy homesin the country's outskirts. The grant applies to people who do not own a home who are buying anapartment in a high-density residential housing project in any of 30 outlyingcommunities designated as National Priority Zone A. This follows an agreement between Housing Minister Ariel Atias andInterior Minister Eli Yishai, both of them Shas members, and Finance MinisterYuval Steinitz of Likud. Under the program, buyers will receive 60000 shekelsup front and up to 40000 shekels in infrastructure subsidies. Housing Ministry analysts say the new program will cost the stateabout 400 million shekels, on the assumption that 4000 couples each receive a100,000 shekel benefit. This is a small restaurant in Pyrmont. It is in the middle of a residential area. There are quite a few restaurants in this area. All have strict conditions that they must be closed by 11pm as they are within a high density housing area. This restaurant thought that the best way to be considerate was to attach speakers to the outside of their restaurant and have music blaring out!! This happens often. This particular time they began at 8:40 in the morning and stopped 10 minutes after I videoed them. COMPLAIN TO YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL.

Measurements were conducted at different distances and directions using a frequency selective spectrum analysis to obtain only GSM power densities... Derived from this data, GSm cellular phone tower radiation is dominant in comparison to FM radio or TV emissions. The median power density was found to be in the range of 200 µW/m2 with the maximum level exceeding 100000 vW/m2. A total of 25 percent of the power densities exceeds 1000 uW/m2, which has been suggested to be the average threshold value for non-thermal biological effects. Two of the most important factors are the distance and the direct line of sight to the antenna site. At the typical residential cell tower distance of about 250 m in cities, with direct line of sight, the observed levels are in the range of 200 µW/m2. People who are chronically exposed to low-level wireless antenna emissions and users of mobile handsets have reported feeling several unspecific symptoms during and after its use, ranging from burning and tingling sensation in the skin of the head, fatigue, sleep disturbances, dizziness, lack of concentration, ringing in the ears, reaction time, loss of memory, headache, disturbance in digestive system and heart palpitation", the report said.
