The group decides to stop at a roadside convenience store owned by Chopper (Sid Haig), who tells them the tale of Lockjaw, a fabled god-like creature who is half-man, half-alligator. The legend has it that an inbred local man by the name of Grimley (Daniel Bernhardt) lost his family to a monstrous white alligator, which then drove him to madness and some believe he was transformed into that very creature that now haunts the depths of the swamps. Their curiosity peaked, the group decides to play along with the local tourist trap and journey deep into the backwoods to find the old dilapidated cabin which is supposed to be the birthplace of the creature. As they set-up camp for the night, their faith is put to the test when Lockjaw turns out to be more than just a myth and they realize the locals are hiding a horrifying secret that jeopardizes them all. Strange creatures - genetic hybrids and mythological animals

Pictures and footage of AMAZING CREATURES. We see all sorts of genetic hybrids in the records left by our ancient ancestors. Our human scientists are just now repeating history as "gods of the new age," by creating hybrid creatures in labs. Furthermore, many of the strange amazing creatures that were written off as mythology have now been proven REAL. The Kracken, a giant squid type creature was assumed to be nothing more than marine folklore... until a giant squid washed up on shore, that was as tall as a 6 story building (over 55 feet.) And many scoff at the loch Ness Monster or Champ from Lake Champlaign... yet you can see from these pictures that we have captured and photographed many GIGANTIC sea serpents and land serpents. Likewise, people disreguarded the biblical accounts of dragons and leviathon as mythology, as well as the accounts during the middle ages where people would stumble across dragons in remote caves/lairs. Yet the Chinese just recovered the remains of a huge winged reptile, exactly matching the dragon descriptions, from the sea, caught in a fishing net. That picture is in here as well. Furthermore, archeologists have recovered many Gigantic reptile skeletons, yet they refuse to admit they confirm the records of our ancestors about dragons, leviathon and other giant reptiles reigning on earth... instead they just call the dinosaurs, and dismiss all other evidence as mythology. I could go on and on, but the point is that this is a HUGE STRANGE universe ...

Creatures: "alien planet"

Alien Planet is a special on Discovery Channel about two internationally built robot probes investigating alien life forms on the fictional planet "Darwin IV". As usual, I put here my favorites creatures of this strange and weird (for us) world. An interstellar spacecraft named "Von Braun", leaves Earth's orbit, and travels at 20% the speed of light for reaches Darwin IV in 42 years. Upon reaching orbit, it deploys the "Darwin Reconnaissance Orbiter", which looks for potential landing sites for the probes. Two probes, Leonardo da Vinci (nicknamed 'Leo') and Isaac Newton (nicknamed 'Ike'), successfully land on the planet, and learn much about its bizarre natives lifeforms. - Creatures shown in the video - Arrowtongue - The 2,5 m high creature uses a sonar system to terrify prey. Is called this way due to a retractable appendage on its mouth that can attack prey, piercing the victim and injecting digestive juices into it. The insides of the prey are then turned to liquid, which it uses its 8 m long appendage to suck out as food. Daggerwrist - Daggerwrists are 1,8m long aggressive, gliding aliens which live in the pocket forests of Darwin IV. It is built in a manner that is similar to a leopard, but is faster and can glide. It preys on Trunk Suckers, mainly to consume the sap they have digested first. The Daggerwrist has two big claws, which are used as weapons and for climbing. They sink so deep into trees that the sap bleeds to the surface, which in turn attract the trunk ...
