Protein Synthesis, Translation Translation - the process of converting the mRNA codon sequences into an amino acid polypeptide chain. 1. Initiation - A ribosome attatches to the mRNA and starts to code at the FMet codon (usualy AUG, sometimes GUG or UUG). 2. Elongation - tRNA brings the corresponding amino acid to each codon as the ribosome moves down the mRNA strand. 3. Termination - Reading of the final mRNA codon (aka the STOP codon), which ends the sythesis of the peptide chain and releases it.

As a Staff Pharmacist at Tsaile Health Center, I am very concerned with the elderly patients that I treat & want to give them the best treatment & care. I know that working with the healthcare system on the Navajo reservation, a lot of Navajo-only speaking elderly patients have difficulty communicating with non-speaking healthcare workers. This problem is also amplified when there are temporary or locum healthcare providers who don't understand Navajo. This video is intended for the Traveling Nurse, permanent-hire Nurse, Nurse Aide, or Nursing Assistant who wants to learn some initial Navajo language skills to help the Navajo-only speaking patients on the Navajo reservation. This video is not intended to help with conversational Navajo & patient assessment but to help with teaching simple commands that will guide the elderly patient through the Triage portion of their Outpatient Visit if there is no Navajo Interpreter available. This video is very different from other videos I've generated and am considering doing more healthcare-related videos. For those of you who are merely interested in the Navajo language, these phrases will also show you the difficulty Nursing Staff have in relaying simple but critical information to the Navajo people. Talaash (2003) is a thriller directed by Suneel Darshan starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Rakhee Gulzar. A movie with many old clichés and a déjà-vu feeling, some of the flashes are like those in Baazigar or 'Meri Jung'. Story: It's about a brother's search for his sister..The husband of Purnima (Rakhee Gulzar) who works for a gang run by a don of the underworld (Kabir Bedi) has been incarcerated. After his release from jail, he swear to get revenge because he realised that during his emprisonement the gang didn't take care of his family, as foreseen. But the gang kills him and kidnaps his young daughter, the sister of Arjun (Akshay Kumar). Thereafter Purnima (Arjun's mother) had a shock. She is hospitalized for mental loss. Arjun wants to find his sister and help his mother to recover her health. In the meantime Akshay meets Tina (Kareena Kapoor).. The music is by Sanjeev Darshan. The lyrics are by Sameer. A third modification to eukaryotic mRNAs that occurs is called editing. In editing, a base is chemically changed or added to an existing mRNA. Trypanosomes are unusual in inserting the base 'U' in multiple places in many mRNAs. Doing so is essential to getting the code right for making many of their proteins. 2. A more common editing modification that occurs in human cells is that involved with the Apo B-100 / Apo B-48 protein. Both proteins are coded by the same gene. (Note that I got the two proteins backwards in the lecture. What follows is correct) This lipoprotein is found in chylomicrons (Apo B-48) and liver cells (Apo B-100). This video was taken by my wife at the Tampa Town Hall Meeting on August 6th, 2009. Visit this site for the truth: townhalltruth.com Kathy Castor's union thugs beat up a guy (in the green shirt - evidence 3 and shut the doors to prevent the opposing opinions from being heard. She then proceeded leave, not taking any questions, because "she couldn't hear." Translation: she doesn't have answers 'cause she hasn't read the House bill. There are other videos of citizens who accidentally made it into the hall through the back door before the event because people thought they were union. Castor's constituents were basically banned from the event because they picked a small venue and stacked the audience beforehand. .
