All credit is listed at the bottom of this Description!** A note about the audio: The audio from the movie is deliberately quieter than the music, for the music is the tracks "Sanctuary!" and "And He Shall Smite the Wicked" from the "Hunchback of Notre Dame" soundtrack. I wanted the music to be the showcase since I wanted to share with people the Latin text and translations that play during this scene. When you know what the Latin is saying, it fits the movie. And, also, if you read the translations while watching this finale, you could almost read it two ways: In some cases, the text sounds like it could be from the viewpoint of either Quasimodo and Esmeralda OR Frollo, in a twisted sort of way, especially at the end. Also, yes, I cut out parts of the finale, mainly because I had to keep the video under 10 minutes. It was tricky trying to sync the music tracks up with the music playing in the actual film, since the movie has extra bits of music that weren't in the soundtrack and there are also parts when there is an extended moment of silence, where in the soundtrack it just flows into the next bit of music. 3rd 東方m-1 grand prix 『yuyuko and youmu』 [english subtitles]

(Important announcement regarding 4th M-1 at the end!) Hey, it's been awhile! Here's Yuyuko and Youmu's routine from the 3rd M-1. All that's left for the prelim rounds is Witch Doll. Apologies in advance for the slight hitch in two places. My hard disk crashed recently and I only just got this thing up and running, and Fraps was surprisingly merciful towards me while recording, so I'll take the small errors. I was up all night doing this too, so some timing may be off. That said, the 4th M-1 is still in the works, as most of you are curious about. Akyuun and I don't have extensive knowledge of spoken Japanese, so it's hard to get everything down. If any of you can contribute your own notes, that would be lovely. Airman ga taosenai ("i cannot defeat airman") english subs, re-translation and karaoke.

I was unhappy with the quality of the current translation of this video, so I decided to re-do it myself. I translated the script, added the subs, karaoke, and karaoke effects. I got some script help from Deuce and Niahak. Deuce was the one who came up with the pun about Airman being "...a breeze to defeat", as well as the one who found out what "タイムれんだ" was. Niahak helped me figure out a better way to reword the training message. Without further ado, enjoy! For those of you who want to know what the "Time Barrage" glitch is about, check this website. It's in Japanese, but has pictures of the guy doing it. mgs8bit.blog109.fc2.com Apparently this technique is used mid-jump to lengthen jumps or dodge attacks. One must hit start and enter the menu during a jump, and continually go back into the stage and pause again. This starts up the animation of Mega Man being a thin beam for a split second, and also moves the character sprite slightly. Apparently, if used properly, one can use this technique to dodge Woodman's Leaf Shield.

Bump of chicken - ハルジオン (harujion) [pv] w/ english subtitles

(Harujion is the name for the flower "Philadelphia fleabane", which is a type of white daisy.) I love this song, and saw that there weren't any English translations up despite this band's popularity, so I decided to try my hand at one. I think it turned out pretty well, but I am very open to constructive criticism. Though I will probably be less amenable to nontechnical differences in style.

One of X Japan's most personal and poignant songs. Extended the official video clip for the full Yoshiki outro, translated and subtitled all lyrics. It's of course often not possible to do a one-to-one translation between Japanese and English, so there's plenty of other legitimate ways to translate the song. For those curious, this is not an overly-literal translation; it's instead as close to my own feelings from the original lyrics as possible.
