Recently the Guardians of the Republic served all 50 governors of the United States with notice that they must declare an oath to the 1787 constitution of of the United States or be removed from office within 3 days. I was interested in finding out exactly how they planned to do this, from a legal/lawful standpoint. So I did a little research but need the rest of you to help educate me further. The guardian elders of this organization are Sam Kennedy, Tim Turner, Regan Dwayne and Tom Shaults. My limited understanding at this point, is that their goal is to restore america back to 1787 government and are vowing to remove anyone from office who does not comply. They plan to do this with De Jure Grand Juries. In my research, up to this point, a few red flags went off for me. I am not making a conclusive judgment about these men or those who support them. I need more information before I can be fully informed. And that is why I am asking you to help me better understand this situation. This could potentially be a very serious matter for every citizen of the united states. So I thought it important to find out as much information as possible. Alert - tim turner declares he's president of united states - restore america plan rap

Restore America Plan has set up an interim government. Tim Turner has declared that he is the new interim president of the united states of america. The de jeur grand juries have had to approve by a 2/3 vote the candidates for the interim government. This would include a President, Vice President, Secretary of State, and heads of various departments like Department of Education, Homeland Security, FBI, etc. There are also two senators for each state and 10 house of representative members for each state. There is also to be a new Governor for each State. Turner states that they now have the backing of 80 different nations who recognize RAP as the true government of the united states. No official documentation has been provided for this rumor. It's also stated that 30 tons of Gold have been "donated" to RAP to get them going financially. Another report stated that they are planning on implementing a currency change that is backed by gold. Looks like it could be an 8 to 1 exchange rate. (8 of your $1 bills for one of their new ones). That rate is not confirmed, just speculated. I am in NO WAY a fan of obama but I'm guessing that some one forgot to cc him on the memo about this. The members of RAP fully support this action while many others outside of the movement have disagreed with this move. Some calling it illegal, others calling treason. Letters to governors contain no threats sparks fbi's fears anyway

FBI warns letters to governors could stir violence WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI is warning police across the country that an anti-government groups call to remove governors from office could provoke violence. The group called the Guardians of the Free Republics wants to restore America by peacefully dismantling parts of the government, according to its Web site. Investigators do not see threats of violence in the groups message, but fear the broad call for removing top state officials could lead others to act out violently. As of Wednesday, more than 30 governors had received letters saying if they dont leave office within three days they will be removed, according to an internal intelligence note by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. The note was obtained by The Associated Press. The FBI expects all 50 governors will eventually receive such letters. Governors whose offices reported receiving the letters included Jennifer Granholm of Michigan, Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Chet Culver of Iowa, Dave Heineman of Nebraska, Jim Gibbons of Nevada, and Gary Herbert of Utah, where officials stepped up security in response to the letter.
