God of war 2 - 1st translator 3rd wave pain+ (titan mode no upgrades)

1st Translator done under Titan Mode normal play PAIN+ conditions. PAIN+ conditions (Titan Mode, normal play) are: No Weapon upgrades. No Health bar upgrades. No Magic bar upgrades. No Sub Weapons used. No Magic used. No Rage used. No Chests. No Fleece for offensive purposes. In this vid I've killed the 1st priest in 3 different ways: Method 1 - Ascend both the priest & guard and then "Orion's Hapoon" the guard. This instantly kills the priest and leaves your dogs intact to be kicked (as long as they didn't get hit). This method is easy, effective, easily repeatable. Method 2 - Ascend both the priest & a guard but make Kratos ascend aswell, then slam the guard down onto the priest twice. This kills the priest and the guard goes to it's "mini-game state". Doing all this leaves your first 2 dogs ready to be kicked at the second and third priest (as long as the dogs didn't get hit), this then makes easy work of the rest of the battle. Method 3 - This is just the old method of kicking the first two dogs into the priest. This method is a bit more wasteful of your resources...mainly because you waste your two dogs by kicking them into the first priest. Note: If anyone is wondering why the temple of the fates graphic in the background is both in the open AND closed position. Is because I did this vid on a revisit to this area via the "loading loophole glitch". Check out my vid about that glitch if you don't know what I mean by that: www.youtube.com

1st Translator done under Titan Mode normal play PAIN conditions. I've been quite busy lately so haven't had much time for any vids, so thought I'd do up a quick vid for the sake of YouTube activity. (And I haven't got a PSP at the moment for those subscribers that might be thinking "where are the Ghost of Sparta glitches?") PAIN+ conditions (Titan Mode) are: No Weapon upgrades. No Health bar upgrades. No Magic bar upgrades. No Sub Weapons used. No Magic used. No Rage used. No Chests. No Fleece for offensive purposes. (Actually, I wasn't sure if "knockbacks" caused by the fleece violated a PAIN run). At the 2nd wave I could have mini-game killed the Satyrs to finish them off quicker, but I find it more fun to smash them around. The 3rd wave got a bit messy at times, but the job got done in the end. I find plumes useful...like "mini Atlas Quakes" during the 3rd wave, it's good for breaking up crowds and for "loosening up" enemies in preparation to be thrown around.

I tried to translate his errors as good as I could to show people who don't speak German why the whole thing was so awesome. For the most part, his words were German, but grammar and word order were Italian and I tried to transfer that more or less 1:1 into English. And no, I am not trying to make fun of Trapattoni. This press conference was brilliant, it took a lot of courage to do what he did with the little German he knew. And it had the effect he was going for. And by the way, criticism is always welcome and I am not saying that I am not making any mistakes. But please, some comments, really now, you want to talk about my errors but you can't get even one English sentence right yourself? Anyway, why bother... this is fun and I had fun making it and I hope some people have fun watching it. The famous press conference, March 10th 1998.
