Edited version of the chase through Rohan from "The Two Towers." We shot some scenes of our own on the same location in New Zealand as the "original" movie, a sheep ranch on the South Island, and spliced them together to make a "professional looking" home movie. The lord of the rings: the return of the king soundtrack - 11. shelob's lair

Shelob is a massive spider creature that devours everything in her path. Gollum leads Frodo to her cave and there he must flee from her. After a time, he is captured by her and she poisons Frodo. The song is quite terrifying, especially in the context of the film. Frodo is able to use the light of Galadriel to hold Shelob back for a while, but is ultimately captured. The song maintains a sorrowful and dark tone throughout the seen. It also makes good use of the string instruments to create the chase music and Sam's battle with Shelob. The brooding music makes for a very effective track, with highs and lows at the appropriate points, corresponding to the events in the movie.

This is my first video in over 8 months, so I'm a bit rusty. It's about Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli of course - who were once called "The Three Hunters" in the book. This is a warm up video for me, and it doesn't have many effects or anything, but future videos will :) The music is called "Forest Chase" and belongs to the "Corner Stone Cues." All credit goes to them. I know the ending isn't very good, but it's fitting to the theme of the vid I suppose. MORDER/SAURON aka THE EVIL OF THE RING THEME, has two names and is assigned to two categories: Mordor and The One Ring. The theme represents "the Ring's "character... (and its) effect on the world." (Doug Adams, CR--FOTR liner notes, page 29) and "the most villainous inclinations of the Ring and for Mordor itself." (Doug Adams, CR--FOTR liner notes, page 9) Since this music has been identified as Sauron's Theme from the inception of the site, I will continue to use that as the primary name. THE THREAT OF MORDOR , a theme for Mordor, is a danger motif used alone or as an ostinato under other music. The Threat of Mordor is blending with the rhythm of the Isengard theme to produce the Witch King of Angmar / Orcs of Mordor theme. Additionally, if one overlooks that first low note, the rhythm structure is the same as the Mordor Skip Beat. In fact, one iteration is identified in the AS-ROTK as being 'somewhere between an inverted Threat of Mordor and the Mordor Skip Beat.' The Descending Third Motif, a theme for Middle-earth in the subcategory of the Ring Quest, signals "impending doom." Like the Mordor Skip-beat and the Threat of Mordor, it is sometimes used as an ostinato, sometimes alone. It is a sequence of descending thirds that bears some resemblance to the Dies Irae. Arwen encounters Aragorn and the hobbits in the forest. In introducing Arwen's theme, Shore stresses the dulcet tones of female voices—the characteristic choral sound of the elves. Arwen picks up Frodo and, with Ringwraiths in pursuit, makes for Rivendell with all her might. She defeats the Black Riders at the Ford of Bruinen, but the ride has taken its toll on Frodo. Arwen offers him a blessing and the score returns to its Elvish vein, repeating Arwen's theme then echoing her words in female chorus. UNUSED CONCEPT: Shore wrote several versions of the Flight to the Ford chase. Originally the piece concluded with a brief spate of stillness followed by mounting strings and chorus phrases (set to a text entitled "Flood at the Ford of Bruinen") and a timpani statement of the Mordor Outline. This take was abandoned before the chorus was ever recorded. In its place, Shore recorded an ending that included a wild panic of aleatoric French horns heard just as the Wraiths reach the river's edge. In the film, Peter Jackson decided to use Shore's first approach, but to dissolve the music as the river's waters rushed in. (No attempt was ever made to record the choral line once it was decided that passage was not to be included in the final film.) "Pete liked the quiet," Shore recalls, "just the sound of the standoff." Heard on this CD is Shore's preferred setting, including the French horns.

This track opens with Arwen approaching Frodo in a white light. Frodo is stunned by the light and her presence and it helps slow the wound. Arwen then places Frodo on her horse and begins the ride to Rivendell. Not long after, she picks up the Black Riders in full pursuit. This has to be the most spectacular chase scene in all of the movies. All of the Riders are tearing after her on rabid horses bred for combat. Keeping barely ahead of the Riders, Arwen manages to make it across the river, which allows her to call upon the waters to defeat the Black Riders (or at least make them lose their horses). This track really captures Arwen's presence, both at the beginning and end of the track. It shows her beauty and light and her powerful presence.

Not only does this track show the thunderous Uruk-Hai, it shows Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas tracking them down. This music is very grand and lends an air of authority to the trackers. This song flows extremely well and is fast paced which is natural due to it being a chase. Next we see the music revert to Saruman's theme. This music always comes about when we see the two towers of Isengard and Mordor. Shore does a great job matching music with people and places. The song finishes with the drums highlighting the Uruks.

Bad taste (1987) peter jackson's original lord of the rings [hd] super 8 full movie

Bad Taste is a 1987 cult science fiction comedy horror film. Produced on a low budget, it is one of the first films directed by Peter Jackson. The film features Jackson and his friends taking a number of key roles, both on and off-screen. The plotline sees aliens invade the fictional New Zealand village of Kaihoro to harvest humans for their intergalactic fast food franchise, where they face off against a four-man paramilitary force, of which at least one member appears to have gone insane. It was a film that provided Peter Jackson with the necessary leverage needed to advance in the industry. Much of the film was shot in and around Peter Jackson's home town of Pukerua Bay, north of Wellington, New Zealand. Originally begun as a short film, Bad Taste was shot primarily on weekends over the course of four years, at a total cost of around $25000. Toward the end of the shoot the New Zealand Film Commission invested around NZ$235000 into the film to ensure its completion. Heavily influenced by special effects pioneer Tom Savini, Peter Jackson incorporated camera tricks and many absurdly gory special effects. Jackson himself plays at least two acting roles, and his friends and workmates play most of the rest. In one scene halfway down a cliff, careful editing, utilising shots taken months apart, makes it possible for one character played by Jackson to fight another (Robert has a beard, Derek does not).
