The Maine State GOP announced on Thursday they will recount their votes. As of now, no real winner has been officially declared but Ron Paul has a good chance of coming out ahead. This after Maine's Washington County hasn't hit the polls due to bad weather conditions. According to reports, the results will come sometime in early March.
